What a nice day!

We decided to spend as much time outside today as possible.  We spent all of our play time to explore in the outdoor classroom.  We had a new water pump and ball ramp to experiment with.  It was a lot of fun.  I've added a few pictures below.

 

Story:  We read The Night Before Summer Vacation.  A family is preparing to go on vacation.  They pack many things into their car to get ready.  This book is written in the fashion of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas so there was some familiarity to the story.   We talked about places that we would like to go to for our summer vacation.

Large Group:  We practiced our program for tomorrow one more time.

Snacks:  The morning class had crackers, cheese, apples and juice brought by Maisie.  The afternoon class had Teddy Grahams and juice brought by Hanley.  Thank you!
