Circle Time:  We learned how to make the letter S using two small curves.  The trick is knowing which way to start the first curve.  Tomorrow, we will make a list of S words.

Story:  The Snow Child is the story of a man and his wife who did not have any children.  One day, after watching children build a snowman, the couple decide to make a little girl out of snow.  When the wife kissed the snow child, she became real.  However, when the winter weather turned to spring, the snow child grew sad and tired.  Ask you child to tell you why.

Group Time:  We practiced making the letter S on our wet, dry, try boards.  We also finished the group activity that we did yesterday in which we had to match snowman hats, numbers and colors.

Snacks:  The morning class had Goldfish and juice brought by Ava.  The afternoon class had cheese, crackers and juice brought by Richie.  Thank you!
